We ship worldwide from our atelier in Istanbul — Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Latin America and Africa. If your country isn’t available at checkout, write to us at info@ladivinatango.com.
How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 1–2 weeks and delivery a further 1–3 weeks, so 2–5 weeks in total. If you need a piece for a particular milonga or festival, tell us before ordering and we’ll say honestly whether we can meet your date.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is complimentary worldwide on orders over €400. Below that, the cost depends on your destination and is shown at checkout before you pay. In Türkiye, collection from our Kadıköy boutique is complimentary.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
For orders to the United States, all import duties and tariffs are included in the price — no customs bill arrives at your door. For other destinations, local customs charges may apply on delivery and are set by your own country’s authorities.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Because every garment is cut and sewn individually for you, we don’t accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, provided production hasn’t started. If you’re unsure about size or fit, write to us before you order — we’d much rather help you choose correctly.
How do I choose the right size?
Our size guide lists full measurements for every piece. If you’re between sizes or unsure about a cut, send us your measurements at info@ladivinatango.com and we’ll tell you which size to take — usually within a day. You can also order a piece made to your own measurements through our Atelier Services.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Troy and Diners Club. Prices can be shown in EUR, USD or TRY.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the atelier.
How do I reach you?
Email info@ladivinatango.com or message us on WhatsApp. We answer personally, usually within a day. Customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (Istanbul time).
