1. GENERAL
Every La Divina piece is cut and sewn for you after your order is placed. Nothing is pulled from stock. This is what makes the fit and the finish possible — and it means a returned piece cannot be resold.
Please read this policy before ordering. It applies to all purchases made through www.ladivinatango.com.
2. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
All of our garments are produced individually upon order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds, for reasons of size, colour, fit preference, or change of mind.
We know this asks something of you, so we do everything we can to make the decision easy before you order:
- Our size guide includes full measurements for every piece.
- Send us your own measurements and we will tell you which size to take. Write to info@ladivinatango.com — this is not a formality, we genuinely do this, and it takes about a day.
- If you are between sizes or unsure about a cut, ask us. We would rather spend ten minutes on an email than have a piece reach you that doesn’t work.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return, exchange or refund:
- all made-to-order garments, which is our entire ready-to-wear collection
- atelier services, including made-to-measure production, length adjustment and sewn-in bra cups
- personalised or custom-made products
- gift cards
- items marked as final sale
4. ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet begun.
To cancel, write to info@ladivinatango.com with your order number. If production has already started, your fabric has been cut and the order can no longer be cancelled.
5. RETURN SHIPPING
As we do not accept returns, return shipping does not apply. Please do not send any item back to us without contacting us first.
6. REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only where an order has been cancelled within the 24-hour window described in section 4, before production has begun.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges paid by the customer are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. EXCHANGES
As every piece is made individually for you, we are unable to offer exchanges for a different size, colour or style.
If you are unsure about sizing, please write to info@ladivinatango.com before ordering. We would much rather help you choose correctly than have a piece reach you that doesn’t fit.
8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider or payment provider
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

9. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
As we do not accept returns, international returns do not apply. Please do not send any item back to us without contacting us first.
10. MADE TO YOUR MEASUREMENTS
Because we cannot accept returns, we would rather get the fit right the first time. Our atelier services are ordered together with your piece, not after it arrives:
- Tailored to You — your piece made to your own measurements rather than a standard size
- Adjust the Length — hem set to the length you want
- Sewn-in Bra Cups — added during construction
These are chosen at the time of your order, while your fabric is still uncut. See Atelier Services, or write to us and we will tell you what your piece needs.
